Product Care

Protect your investment

Whether your piece is made of fabric or leather you should dust or vacuum your furniture weekly and remove any dirt before either becomes embedded into the furniture.

Fabric

After you've chosen your fabric be sure to check its cleaning code. This informs you of the best method for cleaning that specific fabric. For example, "W" indicates that a water-based cleaner such as a mild detergent can be used on the fabric, while "S" signifies a water-free cleaning product is best. Always test a small area on a hidden part of the sofa or chair first. When in doubt do not attempt to clean it yourself. Consult a professional upholstery cleaner instead. Fabrics labeled "DC" mean dry clean only and must be cleaned by a professional upholstery cleaner.

Leather

With respect to leather in addition to being dusted or vacuumed on a regular basis; any spills and stains can be cleaned with a damp cloth; do not use soap or detergent. You may also apply a mild conditioner to keep the leather supple. And as previously mentioned always test a small area on a hidden part of the sofa or chair first.
